| Many
nuts, particularly almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios,
walnuts and pecans, are considered very nutritious.
They contain high levels of mono-and-poly-unsaturated
fats, which are good for cariovascular health, cancer
prevention and weight control. Also, a high level
